The Home of Olympic Taekwondo in Hermitage

Gracie Parman and Dallas Byrum competed at the GA AAU qualifier.  Gracie won 1rst for forms and silver for sparring.  Dallas won silver in sparring.  Well done guys.

The St Jude's break-a-thon went very very well.  Everyone involved had a good time.  About 10 kids broke 197 boards.  Pictures are now in the photo album.  We raised over 1,500 dollars!!

The Georgia AAU Qualifier will be held at Berkmar High School, Lilburn Ga.  You can sign up at Tournamentapplication.com.  They will be awarding 3 foot trophies for first place!!

The Nashville AAU Competition will be held on March 27th.  You can sign up online at www.seaautkd.org.

The Belt test for March is scheduled March 18th for the 5:00 class.  The 6:00 class test will be on the 19th at 5:30.  Homeschoolers will have their test at 1:00 pm on Thurs March 18th. 

 

The Black belt test for Febuary was a great success.  Rachel Parman, Gracie Parman and Devin Greer are now first Degree Black Belts.

 

 

 

The Judo/Ju Jitsu class went very well all who attended enjoyed the class pictures to follow.

There will be another one this Sat at 11:00 am.

The 5 oclock test went very well.  It was a small test so the students did multiple board breaking and theatrical sparring

The black belt test went very well for Erick De La Garza and Harsh Patel.  We have a few pics that I took that day in between testing.  I am shocked that no one sent in any film clips or pics.   Well here is one.

We had just finished the warm up run for the black belt tests everyone did so well.

Jaxton Jordan held the door at dance school.

Jaxton also helped take care of his sister.  He also took care of things around the house.

Sadie did an awsome write up on the Tennets of Taekwondo for a purple stripe

Mattew Raynak put kits together at church for the people of Haiti, he also gave up a donut at church to a kid behind him.

Nicole Boyers unloaded the groceries without being asked to.

She also folded some laundry.

Joshua Dender helped with the laundry, took care of the dog, dust the furniture, and vacuumed the floor.  Good job Josh!!!

Jackson Wood gets a purple stripe because he is better at his manners!!
